About the position
The Paid Media Account Executive (AE) is a strategic individual with 1-2 years’ experience planning and managing paid digital campaigns. They have strong project and client management experience, and a thorough understanding of the paid media process. They love taking a deep dive into Excel worksheets to analyze campaign results and outcomes while keeping their clients key performance indicators top-of-mind.
The Paid Media AE works hand-in-hand with highly integrated teams to help create well-rounded communication plans. They serve multiple accounts, handling a wide variety of client types and must be highly detail-oriented and organized. They report to the Paid Media Supervisor.
They live and breathe the digital space and truly believe it has the potential to change communications and drive behavior change. They are curious and are always in front of the next trend in digital paid media. They also have some experience with traditional media and a desire to continue to grow in that area in order to put forth the best plans and products for client needs.
They are effective, clear communicators both internally and with clients and vendors.
