Our business is strong and growing – and we’re looking for more great talent to share in our success!We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team in Green Bay, WI. The Account Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing customer accounts that directly impact Sanimax’s market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties :

  • Develop and execute long-and short-term sales plans for accounts in both existing product groups and emerging markets to achieve or exceed sales quotas and targetsEnhance relationships with existing Sanimax customers through regular communications feedback, and on-site visits

  • Cold call customer prospects to build the Sanimax book of business and create a sales funnel

  • Create customized solutions and business plans to meet customer needs and achieve departmental/business unit goals

  • Write and deliver effective sales proposals, quotations and contracts for accounts

  • Maintain current and accurate financial reports, account activity reports, and metrics for reporting and forecasting

  • Research surrounding markets to gain a thorough understanding of competition, potential growth, and industry trends

  • Work with the Sales Team to re-negotiate annual contracts

  • Mentor and assist in training with the Sales Team

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales/Marketing, Management or related field

  • 5 years + of experience in sales and marketing, agriculture or procurement

  • Experience and passion for the agri-food industry is a strong asset

  • Prior experience in the waste industry, agribusiness sales, recycling or waste-to-energy sales is a definite asset

  • Proven ability to apply sales processes and tactics to grow business

  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Excellent oral/written communication

  • Strong negotiation skills, analysis, organization and priority management

  • Adaptable approach to diverse customers and environments

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Able to travel regionally up to 20% of the time, with the potential for some overnight travel
