About the Job:

As the Technical Project Manager, you will be the face of 10-4 as you interface with and ensure successful onboarding with our Fortune 500 clients. You will be responsible for leadership and executional excellence of business proposals covering innovation, graphics, and formulation changes, productivity plays and promotional activity. 

Duties include:

  • Developing project plans to manage large fortune 500 client onboarding, integration, and operationalize of 10-4 products.
  • Design project management templates, project design scope documents, and define internal project management methodologies and procedures.  
  • Monitoring projects to ensure goals are met, projects are on time, on scope, and on budget. Resources are adequately utilized; providing direction and insightful solutions to challenges when needed.
  • Hands-on collaboration with cross-functional team leads to generate project plans, and project timelines
  • Partner directly with Program Managers and Customer Operations Managers to manage client expectations and ensure alignment in work process and deliverables.
  • Track and report estimates against budget actuals.
  • Implement procedures and process improvement initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Develop standardized process documentation for success & risk templates and critical path
  • Document scope of work, implement project plans, monitor critical paths, and ensure seamless transition to product operations
  • Create and administer formal project review for lessons learned and continue project improvement
  • Other Project Management tasks as assigned

About You

You will be successful in this role if you (must haves):  

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 5+ Years of experience in Project Management within a large supply chain/logistics company working with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Proven use of Project Management methodology used in large-scale projects
  • A Strong understanding of API, EDI, CSV, and XML is a huge PLUS!
  • Skilled in using project management applications and understanding of the Agile development process
  • Must be able to coordinate and facilitate discussions, meetings and project-oriented workshops across client and agency teams
  • Possess a process improvement mindset, ability to understand sales process, technical integrations, and client onboarding processes.
  • Extensive experience with Logistics, supply chain, implementation, and project planning
  • Experience with basic technology implementation (ie. SAP or TMS)
  • Must have outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
