The Director, Talent and Organizational Development is accountable for managing the identification, design, development and implementation of employee, leadership and organizational development initiatives to support TTI’s strategy and drive performance and growth.  This includes a variety of initiatives/projects in areas such as competency modeling development, employee onboarding; performance management; engagement surveys, succession planning; talent review; career planning; development plans; coaching and mentoring programs; and leadership development. This position will be located at our North Fort Worth Headquarters.


  • Partners with VP of Human Resources and business leaders to address employee and leadership development needs and provide action-oriented solutions.
  • Leads the design, development and implementation of employee, leadership and organizational development initiatives in a wide variety of areas including, but not limited to: competency modeling development, employee onboarding; performance management; succession planning; talent review; engagement surveys, development plans, career planning and coaching and mentoring programs.
  • Conducts assessment to understand leadership competencies and skills needed to drive organizational strategy and designs, develops and implements leadership training and development solutions. 
  • Partners with HR Directors and Human Resources Business Partners to effectively implement employee, leadership and organizational development programs across the organization.
  • Implements solutions to support efficient training administration and record keeping processes and has central oversight for the Learning Management System.


Ten to fifteen plus years’ progressive experience in the identification, design, development and implementation of employee, leadership and organizational development programs. Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related field required.   Five plus years’ experience in a leadership level role.  Experience overseeing Learning Management system preferred.     


  • Able to think strategically while be operationally strong and willing to perform “hands on” role in the development and implementation of employee and leadership development programs.
  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem solving ability including the ability develop innovative solutions to employee and leadership development needs.
  • Exhibits strong understanding of adult learning methodologies.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills in order to build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.   
  • Exhibits strong organizational, project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
