Field Operations Lead

The Field Operations Lead is a critical member of the Field Services team and acts as the on-site contact during all live installation jobs.  As the boots-on-the-ground, the Lead Installer is responsible for communicating progress to the customer, problem solving and coordinating resolutions with the Field Operations Coordinator at Watson Headquarters. 


Essential Functions and Job Duties


  • Communicate effectively with the customer to coordinate all installation activities from site prep to customer sign-off.
  • Train and instruct regional labor teams to properly assemble Watson products to specification
  • Diagnose and repair product issues on the fly and, when required, accurately instruct the Field Ops Coordinator on which parts to order
  • Address all customer questions at any point in the process and provide basic product training as requested


Skills / Competencies


A positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills is a must.  Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Clean safe driving record and criminal history. Physically able to lift at least 75 lbs.
