Your Ideal Role

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can fully utilise your strong recruitment experience and coaching skills, then this is the role for you. You will have the opportunity to work with a small group of Recruitment Consultants and Para Consultants, providing advice and mentoring to help drive further business growth. You will hit the ground running, continuing to nurture our high-performance culture, and further drive results. As a manager, you will lead by example and will have the opportunity to develop your own management skills while spending a portion of your time directly billing.
 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to combine that experience with a passion for the learning and development of other recruiters. In this role, you will:

  • Mentor and develop a small team of Recruitment Consultants – this will involve all hiring, performance management, learning and development, and coaching conversations
  • Play a large role in meeting the revenue goals and achieving profitability targets for your portfolio and your wider team
  • Work closely with the General Manager – Hospital Services and General Manager – Sales to develop and execute a business plan for your team that is aligned to Wavelength’s strategic goals
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients, including attending client visits
  • Identify new business leads, follow up on opportunities, and win new business
  • Work with the CFO and General Manager – Hospital Services to set financial targets and negotiate fees with clients


Why You Are Perfect
You are an experienced Recruiter, within either healthcare space or a high compliance role. You understand the hospital environment and the high compliance nature that comes with this. You are ethical, successful, and others aspire to achieve as you have done. It will advantageous if you have worked in a Managerial role previously as you will have strategic and financial responsibility.
