Your Ideal Role

This is an opportunity for a high-performing Candidate Resourcer to provide proactive candidate sourcing and marketing support. Specifically, in this role you will:

  • Support Recruiters with candidate acquisition
  • Recommend and develop strategies to target and communicate with candidates to support specific retained and contingent recruitment campaigns
  • Identify and recommend suitable channels for targeting specific candidates, including working with marketing to create candidate attraction strategies
  • Provide specialist research and market mapping for specified recruitment assignments
  • Continually explore and recommend potential new avenues to support candidate acquisition campaigns
  • Maximise use of existing Wavelength database to support candidate acquisition and reactivation campaigns

Why You Are Perfect

Ideally you will be equipped with Resourcer/Candidate Acquisition experience, have worked in the healthcare space or have a strong understanding of the healthcare system. We have a highly experienced team, so we will teach you all you need to know in the role and provide you with ongoing on the job learning.
