A Recruitment Consultant will manage either a Locum or Permanent Portfolio dedicated to a particular specialism. Examples include: Anaesthetics, Psych, Surgery, JAM and GP. The roles are responsible for the full 360-degree recruitment process along with devising marketing and business development strategies to ensure further expansion of the division, whilst developing strategic relationships within your portfolio.
You will be a highly motivated, results-driven Recruiter with a consultative approach and have a commercially focused outlook. Relishing the opportunity to use your own initiative, you will thrive within an autonomous, multi-faceted recruitment role. Whilst previous medical recruitment experience would be highly regarded, we welcome applications from Recruiters from a range of disciplines, who have an interest in medical recruitment and share our drive and ethos.
