Your Ideal Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Marketing, this is an opportunity for a high-performing Marketing Executive to work in collaboration with the Marketing team to help support and to attract new quality candidates and influence engagement and retention levels. Specifically, in this role you will:

  • End to end campaign management to attract/retain candidates and clients
  • Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication campaigns using the full marketing mix
  • Write copy and develop creatives for marketing collateral, eDMs, website and social media
  • Create, drive and implement the event strategy to support the delivery of business objective
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify the best events to attend and develop yearly event plan
  • Manage the events’ budget to ensure maximum ROI
  • Plan, design and coordinate the logistics of each event
  • Deliver events on time, to budget and to a high standard
  • Coordinate promotion of events, together with recruitment teams
  • Produce post-event report

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in marketing
  • Tertiary qualifications in a communications or marketing discipline
  • Excellent Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ideally you will have experience in the medical recruitment sector
  • High level data analysis skills and comfortable working with numbers
  • Experience working with Google analytics, Facebook Ad managers, Hootsuite

We offer a wide range of fantastic benefits on top of a Base Salary circa $80,000.00 pa (dependent on experience)
