We’re looking for a full time Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the close-knit Hospital Services Recruitment Team. This is an existing perm desk, where you will recruit specialists and doctors in training for locations across Australia and New Zealand.

The perm recruiters in our Hospital Services team collaborate closely with our Executive Search division, Ccentric who are leaders in their field in Australia. Combined, we offer Australia’s first and foremost vertically integrated clinical recruitment solution for healthcare clients.

This is an opportunity for an experienced and high-performing Recruitment Consultant, with a proven approach to proactive candidate sourcing, client relationship management sand business development within the growing and relatively stable healthcare sector.

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage the systems, knowledge and staff of our Ccentric executive search arm
  • Build trust and rapport with senior client stakeholders within the healthcare industry.
  • Provide a consultative service to doctors seeking to make their next career move
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, including retained work
  • Help develop quality new business opportunities
  • Manage existing client relationships and deliver service outcomes, generating high levels of repeat business

  • 3-5 years experience as a recruiter on a perm desk
  • A track record in meeting and exceeding billings, activity  and client management targets
  • A strong commercial focus and business acumen
