We currently seek an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our Technology and Business Services team.

Our team members have the opportunity to partner with doctors, hospitals, and other cardiovascular healthcare providers to ensure everyone has access to healthier lifestyle choices and proper healthcare. We are a critical component that enables our business lines to connect with communities of professionals who make a lifesaving impact every day.  Our main focus is on supporting our customers who use our off the shelf and custom built applications.  As a key member of our team, you will communicate internally with product managers, internal and third-party developers, as well as internal and external customers who use our products and services. Your efforts will be instrumental to drive strategy around future product releases and product evolution to add value for our end users.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with the business line / stake holders to define, create, and refine requirements
  • Develop and manage full-scale project plans and successfully execute the project plan, with a transparent and open communication approach
  • Lead the project team to a successful, quality deliverable, by identifying the right solution and executing on the project plan
  • Be responsible for managing project budget and schedule, and possess a strong understanding of design documents and test plans, to review and provide feedback
  • Establish and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, but always be willing to jump-in to ensure a successful project implementation.
  • Proactively communicate and manage customer expectations, project scope, change request and identify potential risks & devise contingency plans.
  • Provide IT consultation and make project recommendations and decisions, by having discussions with stakeholder and project team members
  • Perform identified project management activities per the standards of the IT Project Office
  • Other duties as assigned.

Essential knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Proven Project Management, business requirements/process experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Strong working knowledge of project software such as MS Project, MS Office Suite & Visio.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, and is self-directed and proactive in solution approach.
  • Experience gathering requirements and managing web based and mobile application projects
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
  • A willingness, desire and aptitude to learn new technologies.
  • Flexibility to adjust with shifting priorities through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred education and experience:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, computer science or business administration. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Online (MSPOL)
  • Experience with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitefinity and Sitecore
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Experience with Association Management Systems such as Personify
