JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective
The TRIRIGA Engineer must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills, keen attention to detail and timely follow through. The successful candidate must possess experience performing technical analysis and upgrading TRIRIGA platforms and applications. Experience is required supporting integrated environments, including non-TRIRIGA systems, using multiple technologies, including, but not limited to, business connect and web services.

Essential Functions

  • Enterprise Application & Information Integrations
  • Software of integration-related development experience; Java preferred
  • SOAP XML based web service APIs or similar technologies
  • Develop appropriate customer presentations using PowerPoint, in order to communicate user stories
  • Develop and disseminate announcements to for users regarding trainings, quick-reference guides, step-by-step guides, News, and other customer-focused communications
  • Conduct sprint refinement, sprint review and customer reviews with developers and/or customers, as part of the Agile Development Life Cycle
  • Develop training documentation and presentation for customers
  • Provide functional support for help-desk, particularly when calls require understanding functional needs or processes
  • Provide cross-functional knowledge with system owners and users
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding processes, data and policies

Supervisory Responsibility
(i.e. this position has no supervisory responsibilities).

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel
No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • TRIRIGA Platform certification is preferred
