The Senior Systems Analyst must have over five years of experience with Computer Aided Facility Management or Maintenance applications. More than five years of experience is required in perofrming business and systems analysis in the design, consturciton, property management or real estate industry, supporting large web-based applications development intiatives and developing requirements and design documentation for web based enterprise applications. The successful Senior Systems Analyst will have excellent communication and writing skills and demonstrated experience facilitating meetings with customers, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, managers and executives.
Provide in-depth understanding of clients Lines of Business (LoB) and their specific business processes, in order to better inform improvements to the overall system design and architecture.
Promote knowledge dissemination of operational business processes and information systems by strengthening communication links with the LoB and other various teams and departments/offices.
Analyze data and issues systematically--gathering broad and balanced feedback from customers--in order to inform system enhancements.
Collaborate with Technical Leads to document overall understanding of the information system and associated business processes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and/or users to disseminate information regarding business processes, system functionality and reporting requirements.
Develop in-depth reports—based on thorough analysis of data—to meet reporting needs.
Develop and manage documentation including, but not limited to: reports, presentations, training guides, etc. for knowledge management purposes, and which aid in the dissemination of information throughout the supported organization.
Facilitate meetings including, but not limited to: customer reviews, stakeholder meetings, trainings, etc.
Support corporate efforts including, but not limited to;
Responses to items such as, Request For Information and Request For Proposal, for existing and new opportunities.
Improvements to Quality Management System processes and artifacts.
Possibility of assigned project specific deliverables--timesheet review and approvals, executive feedback presentations, new employee training, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Supervisory Responsibility (i.e. this position has no supervisory responsibilities).
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
No travel is expected for this position.
