The Sr/Analytics Associate provides technical support to biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical data managements within the Biometrics.

Major Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain department intranet infrastructure using HTML/Java script or other software languages as appropriate
  • Help with clinical and statistical data presentations using PowerPoint
  • Support departmental projects such as granting and managing Puma’s clinical database access
  • Limited administrative support to staff members

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and experience with designing and maintaining department intranet. Familiarity with HTML/Java script.
  • Strong communications and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily workload and achieve deadlines
  • Work cross-functionally to support all operational functions
  • Manage projects that are critical to senior level executives

Education & Professional Experience

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a corporate environment
    • Strong motivation to learn and attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional attitude and demeanor
    • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML/Java script skills a plus.

The physical demands of the office are normally associated with extended amounts of time sitting and using office equipment, including a computer, keyboard and mouse, which can cause muscle strain.
