Primary Objective:
The Lead Account Receivable Specialist is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on providing financial, administrative, and clerical services for Spectrio’s tier-one customers. B2B (Business to Business) Collections. 


The ideal candidate will have B2B collections experience with large retailers of Fortune 500 companies. They will have interacted directly with VPs or Managers of the business in which they are trying to collect from while maintaining and understanding the business relationship between Spectrio and the customer. They will also have worked in a CRM or ERP system such as Great Plains or MS Dynamics, Oracle, and/or Netsuite. (Netsuite Experience preferred)

Responsibilities include: 

  • Interact with some of Spectrio’s largest customers to resolve billing discrepancies, secure payments, and build relationships with. 

  • Contact customers and AP depts. via phone and electronically to collect on past due invoices

  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations, and process payments and monitor incoming payments

  • Create auto-dialing call campaigns by region, customer tier and industry

  • Create and interpret aging reports

  • Collect, analyze, and present  data in a succinct logical manner

  • Work with an outside collections agency 

  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Must possess strong computer skills; NetSuite Software experience highly preferred. 

  • Independently manage workflows; ability to work with interdepartmental staff, and ability to assume supervisory level responsibilities

  • Experience working in Customer Resource Management software.  

  • Advanced excel skills. 

  • Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills 

  • Must possess analytical skills and be detail-oriented 

  • Possess proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills.

  • Prior Collections/AR experience is a must

  • Ability to assume workloads and work independently

  • Excellent customer care skills

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work with leadership teams 

  • Type 40 WPM or faster

  • Team player
