Digital Marketing Manager

 

WildTangent is looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and programs to increase customer engagement, retention and conversion rates at key consumer touch points.

 

This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and will work across internal groups to achieve business goals and objectives. This role will drive our merchandising, segmentation marketing, loyalty program, email communication, and social engagement. 

 

We are looking for someone who is extremely customer-focused, data-driven and self-starter. The ideal candidate is well-organized, has a great attitude, and truly thrives within a fast-paced environment. Previous hands-on experience simultaneously managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns is required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage customers to improve loyalty, drive repeat traffic, and improve retention rates through merchandising opportunities
  • Report & provide ongoing tracking and analysis of consumer behavior through market analysis, competitive analysis, site analytics, and app analytics
  • Direct promotions and marketing campaigns to drive conversion and revenue
  • Plan, execute, and optimize assigned marketing initiatives or strategies
  • Manage shifting short term objectives while working on long-term projects
  • Research and recommend best practices using analytics and on-going testing; then, implement programs designed to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Monitor ROI goals on all marketing initiatives and adapt accordingly
  • Work closely with others to design and execute A/B testing, leading to improvements in UI/UX.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience
  • 4+ years of segmentation marketing and loyalty programs
  • Proven digital marketing, customer acquisition and retention program development experience
  • Experience in developing, implementing and measuring digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical, reporting and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • 4+ years with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Omniture
  • Proven experience with promoting mobile apps
  • 2+ years with social media with proven results
