Position Overview

Join our dynamic Sales Team and make an impact at Bridgevine Inc., the leading provider of technology and marketing solutions for iconic home service brands at the Alpharetta, GA office. We offer an invaluable opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of our business — we work hard and we play hard. And we’ll expect you to do both.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate a robust and scalable pipeline of property management software providers, home sale providers and apartment rental sites and apps.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the industry and existing relationships with key decision makers.
  • Achieve sales objectives through sales to new customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders from all different parts of the organization
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Bridgevine’s products and services.
  • Present complex marketing and technology solutions to a cross section of stakeholders from all different parts of the organization
  • Generate referrals and qualified leads from industry trade shows, associations and regional networking events.
  • Be available to travel for trade shows, client presentations and cross functional meetings.
  • You seamlessly handle objections and close sales and are accountable for revenue attainment.

 

 

Requirements

  • Experience working for a leading provider of high-performance software in the real-estate industry
  • Have an existing network of potential clients and strategic partners (property management software industry)
  • Expert in facilitating complex sales demonstrations / presentations both online and in-person
  • Proven track record in prospecting, acquisition and development of new business
  • Highly-skilled at positioning a compelling value proposition to single decision-makers up to large buyer groups. 
  • Business-savvy, strategic, creative-thinker with an inquisitive mind, real passion for understanding our capabilities, and stellar ability to present solutions to prospective clients
  • Experience in engaging with C-suite and senior-level executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Digital Marketing experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable prospecting
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience
