The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Build and manage a robust and scalable pipeline of service providers that provide gas, electric, water and potentially other utility related services to residential customers.
  • Leverage your existing relationships with key decision makers within prospective client organizations
  • Achieve sales objectives through sales to new customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships.
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders from all different parts of the organization
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Bridgevine’s products and services.
  • Present solutions oriented for the utility segment to a cross section of stakeholders from all different parts of the organization
  • Generate referrals and qualified leads from industry trade shows, associations and regional networking events.
  • Be available to travel for trade shows, client presentations and cross functional meetings.



About You: You are a self-motivated, articulate and a well-presented sales professional who thrives on selling a solution. Passionate about the brands you represent and are looking to continue to grow and develop your career. You have existing contacts in the property management software industry you can bring to the role. You are trusted by your customers. You have experience in facilitating complex sales demonstrations both online as well as in-person. You are an expert at positioning a compelling value proposition to single decision-makers right up to large buyer groups. You seamlessly handle objections and close sales.

  • Proven track record in prospecting, acquisition and development of new business in the utility service provider segment
  • Business-savvy, strategic, creative-thinker with an inquisitive mind, real passion for understanding our capabilities, and stellar ability to present solutions to prospective clients
  • Experience in engaging with C-suit and senior-level executives
  • Existing network of potential clients and strategic partners
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
