Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing specific brands (providers) in our portfolio, including daily reporting, daily sales (reviewing CPA for the prior day) and day-to-day margin that is produced by these brands, and resolve any issues by analyzing metrics. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate and coordinate with other teams within the business on a variety of initiatives.  The Digital Marketing Specialist is ultimately accountable for managing the marketing campaign and will monitor call volume in order to understand trends. 



The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Proficient at managing at least three to eight bands within our portfolio
  • Keyword bid optimization based on analysis of online and offline data
  • Ad copy optimization via a structured and documented A/B testing methodology
  • Proactively make campaign and keyword optimization changes accurately and as needed
  • Competitive analysis using SEMrush and auction insights data
  • Complete ad hoc and standardized reporting around campaigns, growth initiatives, and profitability to a gross margin percentage
  • Analyze data-sets in Excel to extract actionable insights using online and offline conversion data
  • Coordinate with the marketing operations and call center team to monitor and drive growth for the brands you manage
  • Keyword research – Process of going through searches and keywords and adjusting our strategy as desired
  • QA and audit campaigns – Review all marketing campaign settings, URLs to ensure all areas are running efficiently and optimize as needed
  • Ability to successfully monitor new trends in search and proactively make recommendations accordingly



  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to break down complicated tasks into their component pieces.
  • Detail-oriented and well organized is a must
  • 1 to 5 years search engine marketing on Google and Bing
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel
  • English Fluency - Spanish fluency is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microstrategy or similar analytical tool is a plus
  • Must understand Google AdWords
