Position Overview

The Digital Merchandising Specialist will be the consumer advocate, responsible for thinking through the consumer's perspective and collecting insights to manage homeperks.com, for the purpose of creating and improving a meaningful customer journey.  The Digital Merchandising Specialist will handle product placement, buy flow, content location and general user experience. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital layout of online store (HomePerks).
  • Design the placement and flow of the online store and adjust based on analytics.
  • Create and manage analytics for the website (i.e. dashboards, standard reports, ad-hoc reports, KPIs, etc.)
  • Provide recommendations and analysis for all promotional opportunities across marketplaces.
  • Manage social media presence of the digital store.
  • Coordinate with team on digital marketing campaigns (i.e. email, social media) to maximize omni-channel messaging, product management on site enhancements, and the SEO team to optimize search-related traffic.
  • Identify site issues specific to merchandising and work with appropriate teams to communicate and resolve potential issues.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Retail
  • Ability to thrive in an agile and dynamic fast-paced environment
