Sales & Process Innovation Lab Expert Agent
Summary We are looking for an innovative Sales and Process Development Expert to help us design customer-centric sales processes, systems, and products from the idea stage to launch in our Innovation Lab. The Innovation Lab is a brand-new department at Bridgevine whose primary focus is on driving revenue through the development and implementation of sales processes designed to support product development and launches leading to outstanding customer experiences.
This role is responsible for the design, testing, and optimization of our processes, systems, and product presentations, along with meeting sales goals, via sales calls taken in a learning lab environment. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a product/process development background, along with some sales and marketing experience, who combines a technical background with a Business Administration or Technology degree. We are looking for career-oriented individuals as this position offers learning and growth opportunities that could potentially lead to future career progression within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Design, test, and optimize processes, systems, and product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.  (3550%) • Identify and recommend process and systems enhancements to improve agent user experiences.   • Analyze how new products tie in with customer values and preferences; develop and test product presentation sales best practices designed to maximize revenue growth and the customer experience. • Maintain project documentation and conduct effective discussions with Product CMO, Chief Customer Officer, and other key business stakeholders. • Work with internal business partners to identify, recommend, and test solutions to maximize the customer experience, product services, and sales processes. • Take sales calls in learning lab-based environment; consistently meet defined sales and performance goals.  (50-65%)   
Education/Experience Required: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Technology. • Candidates who are nearing graduation or have recently graduated and meet other select requirements of the position will be considered as well. • Prior sales experience and/or product development experience is a plus.
Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required: • Ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple objectives simultaneously and solve complex problems. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Maintain degree of flexibility with the ability to quickly switch focus in response to business needs. • Effective organization and time management skills. • Takes ownership and is comfortable with both working independently, and in collaboration with others, as required.  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
