Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Own bidding, keywords, ad copy, search metrics, and day-to-day conversion for multiple brands within our portfolio
  • Analyze SEM and sales data sets in Excel to extract actionable insights
  • Optimize manual keyword bids based on analysis of online and call center conversion data
  • Optimize ad copy via a structured and documented A/B testing methodology
  • Coordinate with the marketing operations and call center teams to monitor and drive growth for the brands you manage
  • Identify actionable opportunities to expand campaigns and test growth opportunities, measure and report on performance change over time
  • Oversee testing including, but not limited to, betas, ad copy, keywords, extensions, account structure, dayparts, landing pages and remarketing.
  • Influence marketing decisions with your communication of performance variations
  • Actively monitor and share industry news, online marketing trends, industry tools, and internal cross-team key learnings
  • QA and audit campaigns – review all marketing campaign settings, URLs to ensure all areas are running efficiently and optimized as needed

 

Requirements

  • Experience managing the day-to-day of paid search accounts over $50,000/month in media spend
  • We think this person has 3 to 7 years SEM/PPC experience in Google Ads; feel free to be the outlier.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel
  • Demonstrated history of performing data driven analysis and optimization to drive SEM and/or business results
  • Demonstrated work ethic and drive for success

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Microstrategy or similar analytical tool is a MAJOR plus
  • Paid Social experience
  • Spanish fluency
  • Landing page testing experience
