Swimming Pool Manager

|Pay Minimum:||$15.50 Hourly|
Duties: Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations at select swimming pools. Supervise assigned staff, coordinate daily maintenance, swimming programs, collect entry fees, perform CPR and First Aid. Work closely with the coordinator and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous lifeguard experience is necessary. Strong swimming ability, must be CPR Certified/American Red Cross, ability to provide aquatic instructor training. All certification(s) must be current during the entire pool season.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR CITY EMPLOYEES:
Within six (6) months from date of employment, must establish residence within the City of Jackson.
PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT, APPLICANT RECOMMENDED FOR EMPLOYMENT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY PASS A URINALYSIS AND/OR BLOOD TEST TO SCREEN FOR ALCOHOL AND/OR DRUG ABUSE.
