$1,000 sign-on bonus for our Olympia and Seattle counseling positions PLUS the first year license (SUDP) renewal fee covered!!!

**This position is specific to our main Seattle Clinic’s Mobile Van Unit**

Job Functions Include:

  • Provide individual counseling and case management services to assigned patients
  • Adhere to all of the confidentiality requirements and guidelines outlined in the 42 CFR, Part 2 federal regulations pertaining to chemical dependency treatment records
  • Serve as a leader or co-leader of therapy or educational groups and provide other treatment activities (such as intake assessments)
  • Coordinate assigned patient treatment with other staff departments (such as dispensary, reception, medical and psychiatric staff)
  • Participate in Treatment Team meetings where s/he will review patient treatment progress and status, hear and act on patient appeal of administrative action and program non-compliance issues
  • Ensure group counseling services are designed, structured and delivered in a standardized manner at all Evergreen Treatment Services opioid treatment program locations, including, but not limited to Orientation, HIV/AIDS Education, Take-Home Education Sessions, and Pregnancy Group
  • Maintain and create up-to-date documentation/manuals of group structure and delivery, ensuring each opioid treatment program location is using the most recent process
  • Train counselors at each opioid treatment program location in order to standardize the delivery of the group interventions.

Required:

  • Licensed Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) as stipulated in the WAC

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree
