REACH Operations Manager

The REACH Program of Evergreen Treatment Services works with individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use disorders to help them achieve stability and improved quality of life. Through outreach, engagement, and ongoing relationships REACH focuses on reducing harm and supporting healing. Job Summary:

The REACH Operations Manager serves as a task lead to help design, develop, and implement solutions and new programming/services. This position is responsible for supporting various department staff (admin, IT, Data/Compliance, HR, Leadership, etc.) to increase efficiency and build effective organizational infrastructure that enhances overall organizational health and functioning.

Job Functions Include:

  • Support Leadership (AGENCY accountability tools, program-specific projects/needs, on-boarding/termination assistance, other needs)

  • May provide direct supervision of REACH administrative staff, including ensuring that supervisees are carrying out all responsibilities of their position, and conducting performance evaluations as required

  • Point-person for committees/workgroups (help with meeting structure, task manager, minutes, etc.)

  • Assist with compliance issues such as preparing for audits and following up

  • Set and send Outlook events and reminders for staff events (meetings, closures, trainings, retreats, etc.)

  • Database management: making changes as needed, participating in AGENCY-related meetings


  • High school diploma


  • Undergraduate degree

  • Three years of experience in office administration

  • Two years experience in social work/nonprofit organization

  • Knowledge of issues associated with serving population experiencing homelessness, behavioral health conditions, and criminal legal system involvement
