Job Functions Include:

  • Ensure that the compliance program prevent or reveal illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. This occurs through monitoring program compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations, organizational contracts, contract policy and procedures, and audit control/inspections
  • Ensure that the agency’s data quality improvement program track staff and program adherence to agency policies and procedures and contract requirements and that program effectively promote improved quality of life outcomes for those we serve
  • Monitor policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program 
  • Oversee new policy and procedure write-ups or edits as needed
  • Assist with development of the Agency Compliance Plan and its periodic progress report
  • Assist with directing compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution
  • Ensure Agency is effectively responding to compliance inquiries from regulators, payers, and others; provides accurate, practical compliance guidance to those inside the organization
  • Assist Leadership with ensuring that compliance issues and concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved
  • Develop and implement training and/or corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues
  • Assist with development of reports and tools for supervisors and staff to review and ensure the quality of their data
  • Work with Leadership to develop an effective compliance training program for agency staff


  • Experience reviewing and interpreting data and reports


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related
  • 2 years of compliance experience
  • Knowledge of operations and the flow of information in a social services program
