- Sourcing and developing new customers.
- Maximize and growth business opportunities from existing key customers.
- Provide quality, prompt service and attending/fulfill customer’s requirement.
- Lead the tender process and internal negotiation with Management in order to gain nomination for targeted business.
- Participate in tender face to face negotiation
- Monitor market movement & update latest information of tractor spare parts industry
- Lead and coordinate with respective offices for problem solving when encounter any shipments issues.
- Monitor key customers performance and generate forecast report on monthly basis.
- Provide market trend analysis and competitor activities.
- At least a Diploma holder with 3-5 years extensive sales experience in tractor spare parts or related industry.
- Good with figures and strong analytical skills with commercial acumen.
- Strong team player with good presentation skills who is highly self-motivated and articulated.
- Good customer/vendor communication skills for all level of management hierarchy.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality, results-driven and ability to perform under demanding timeline.
- Possess class 3 license with own vehicle.
