We are seeking precise and guest-centric individuals to join our team of Grand Performers as a Sales Coordinator.

This position is primarily responsible for providing assistance to the Sales Director, including board activities, publications, volunteerism, and special events planning, to create and maintain favorable public image for the organization by performing the following duties.


Plans and directs development and communication of information designed to keep public informed

Prepares and distributes fact sheets, news releases, photographs, or scripts to persons who may be interested in learning about or publicizing organization's activities or services.

Represents organization during community projects and at public, social, and business gatherings.

  • Generates internal and external publications, including gathering data, writing articles, taking photographs, selecting graphics, designing format of publication, and determining distribution methods.
  • Plans, coordinates, and implements special events such as fund raisers, anniversary celebrations, health awareness functions, and health symposiums.

Identifies and utilizes community resources to recruit and encourage volunteerism at all facilities.

  • Manages activities of volunteers in conjunction with department managers.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize, organize, and act as a team.
  • Be familiar with Sales/Marketing terminology in order to handle requests and service internal/external customers/guests.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:                                           

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS:                                               

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
