As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Client Service Partners, managing daily operations, providing written and verbal performance feedback, contribute to the hiring process and improve various processes as the team continues to grow. This role would suit someone who is internet savvy and seeking a career working with cutting edge technology and global internet branding.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Ensuring the highest levels of productivity, quality and fulfillment of the needs of CSC’s customers
Leading the strategic development of the existing client base by enhancing relationships at all levels within the client’s organizations
Directing and overseeing all aspects of an CSC’s customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives
Designing and implementing improved processes and operational policies
Responsibility for the full spectrum of employee management, development and training
Leading and driving change
Coordinating and assisting with large projects (brand launches, registry launches, vendor consolidations)
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
5 years of leadership experience, preferably working with large corporate clients
A proven history of successfully mentoring and developing employees
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and via email
Excellent change management skills
Ability to link day-to-day activities with overarching strategic goals
Strong computer skills (Cisco call center applications, Business Objects a plus)
Exceptional time management, problem solving and organizational skills
