UCC Training Specialist
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training for all positions within the UCC Services Team, which includes assisting with the design of new and existing training plans.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Conducting foundational training for new hires. This includes delivery of training, maintaining training modules, and designing of new training modules.
Measuring and assessing training effectiveness.
Providing feedback to training participants through partnership with leaders, assessments and observations.
Creating and maintaining training records and reports along with measurable goals and objectives.
Tracking and follow up on Training Plan progress.
Conducting regular audits and surveys to determine effectiveness of training program. Make recommendations, changes, and revisions based on findings.
Providing feedback regarding system and procedural issues that need to be reviewed or improved, as well as suggestions to help refine processes, templates, etc.
Developing effective business relationships with leaders, workflow coordinators, and area subject matter experts.
Supporting UCC training initiatives on systems and process
Learning technology that is needed to design training in our learning portal and other programs as they are identified.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
History of effective change management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
Strong time management, research & analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communications
Ability to work independently and function as part of a team and across teams
Prior Customer Service experience in a business-to-business environment
Ability to quickly learn the Compliance Services product lines, new systems, technology and methods
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to be flexible with hours to accommodate training needs
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field
Training experience in scheduling, designing and delivering training in a corporate environment
Knowledge of UCC services, systems and products is a plus
Being technically savvy is a plus
Ability to communicate across all levels is a plus
Experience in delivering training is a plus
Desire to work across all teams and UCC disciplines is a plus
SharePoint experience is a plus
