Sales Operations Analyst
This role is a dynamic, exciting and challenging position that supports the Corptax Sales and Marketing Department’s revenue and goal objectives by completing Corptax RFP/RFI’s and reporting and maintaining data in the specific sales and marketing databases. The Sales Coordinator will have the opportunity to use their innovation and creativity to achieve those goals and objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for ensuring accurate, high quality and persuasive responses to all request for proposal’s known as RFP’s, request for information’s known as RFI’s, and other related questionnaires that are received from both prospects and clients, ensuring deadlines are met.
Work closely with the technical writing team to ensure that the knowledge database properly reflects answers to commonly asked questions that come up as part of the “RFP" process.
Develop familiarity with Corptax SaaS setup, system requirements and common security related knowledge to serve as a resource for Sales opportunities involving IT/SaaS related information.
Drive creation of a library of critical sales collateral and data that will drive revenue and assist in the selling process – examples would include “ROI" type calculations, standard Data for Sales (support and QA), FAQ’s and tools to convert data for prospect trials and demos.
Update current Sales Forecast report on Sharepoint and reconciling numbers with finance.
Provide sales reporting for leadership including but not limited to sales by product, MOM/YOY comparison, sales by rep, and sales funnel reporting.
Compile targeted prospect lists from our CRM Database for marketing.
CRM database hygiene and maintenance (i.e. address updates, appending information) as time allows.
Take-on other projects as assigned and applicable that will impact sales team productivity ultimately leading to higher revenue generation.
Experience with SaaS environments and related technical infrastructure a plus
Experience with Corptax (Netsuite) or other financial systems a plus
Ability to work in fast-paced and fluid technology environment
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and results driven
Ability to establish good business relationships and build credibility
Ability to work well in a team environment and be able to assist others where required
Positive attitude that is adaptable and flexible to change
Proficient in NetSuite and all Microsoft Office productivity tools
CPA or accounting background is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required – advanced degree is a plus
