REACH Mission and Values

At REACH, we collaborate with individuals through outreach, relationships, advocacy, and bridging gaps, to reduce harm and support healing. REACH is a program of Evergreen Treatment Services, and we work with individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use disorders to support their efforts to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. REACH helps individuals access essential community resources such as housing, health care, entitlements, and behavioral health treatment.

The REACH Team is passionate about creating a welcoming environment while providing quality services on an individually tailored basis. REACH values diversity and is committed to racial equity and social justice. Our team appreciates hard work, creativity, and a good sense of humor.

The mission of the Seattle and King County Public Health Mobile Medical program is to build relationships with people experiencing homelessness by providing patient-led health and social services, meeting people where they are, and fostering health and well-being. Anyone experiencing homelessness in need of care can walk up to the program's medical van. The program does not charge a fee, does not require insurance, and no appointment is necessary.
