The Aviation Department is seeking a motivated, energetic and organized Airport Finance & Administration Manager to support the Fort Worth Airport System. The Airport Finance & Administration Manager, leading a team of five staff, will be responsible for overseeing the finance and accounting of Alliance, Meacham and Spinks Airports’ which includes grant administration, budget development and day to day accounting activities. The Airport Finance & Administration Manager will plan, develop and provide management oversight for the Administration Department including the accounting, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, contracting lease management and procurement
The Airport Finance & Administration Manager will be called upon to perform a variety of complex highly technical accounting activities necessary for the effective management of the Airport’s fiscal affairs to include professional accounting duties in the analysis and maintenance of a variety of accounting and financial records and systems, including capital and operating budgets, the general ledger and fixed assets.
The Ideal candidate needs to be a self-starting experienced individual who is customer oriented and driven to complete projects within budget, on time and with high standards.
