- Well established Korean MNC.
- General Sales/Business Development (100% hunting) management of FMCG, retail commercial and key account management.
- Source and develop new business for logistics/air/sea.
- Generate sales forecast and sales reports for management review.
- Identify potential market segments for growth and intensive business penetration.
- Manage, facilitate and support Business Development activities primarily for South East Asia and Oceania region.
- Conduct market research and competitor information collection.
- Ensure good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Support management in aligning, delivering and implementing overall business development and sales and marketing strategies and directives.
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Sales and Marketing or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years experience of MNC & SE Asia RHQ development, in Sales/Business Development (primary Hunting role) or Key Account Management experience in logistics management, freight solutions, warehousing and distribution and other supply chain-related services.
- Successful track record in in developing vertical markets such as in FMCG, Retail, F&B, Consumer Electronics, High-Tech or any other industry will be advantageous.
- Substantial knowledge and experience in Freight Forwarding (Air/Sea) & Third Party Logistics (3PL) industry especially in MNC environment.
- Dynamic, result-oriented with positive mind set.
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills.
