Perform office administration function including pick up and delivery of office mail from/to mailroom.
Sorting and distribution of mail with Accounting Services.
Assist in the management of off-site document storage services.
Perform Voucher sorting and processing task.
Perform document sorting, scanning, and boxing for off-site document storage.
Manage stationary store include the ordering, distribution and safekeeping of stationary inventory for Accounting Services.
Minimum GCE 'O' Level.
At least 2 years of office admin experience.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Able to work some OT if required.
Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Working Location: Tampines.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.
