Responsibilities

  • Participate in the identification of market segment needs, support localization and implementation of global program and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and activities to achieve sales goals for the South East Asia and South Asia regions targeted at improving market penetration.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals & revenue for their assigned region with a strong understanding of market conditions and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationship with existing distributors and customers.
  • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
  • Analyse sales statistics to formulate plans and assist accounts in promoting sales
  • Monitor competition in each market and develop strategies to minimize risk.
  • Provide support in collecting business key figures forecast from the region and collate the data in a monthly report.
  • Drive and support channel build up, identify opportunities, support countries in developing solution partner business and provide hands-on implementation support.

 

Requirements

  • Possess minimum of Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology or related technology fields required.
  • At least 5 years’ Sales Management experience preferable in Asean /S. Asia Region.
  • Possess sales experiences in Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Process, Laboratory Research and Diagnostic industries
  • Possess GMP knowledge, Quality assurance experience in pharmaceutical manufactures
  • Experiences in equipment & consumables selling experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
