A well-established MNC, dealing with premium lifestyle and luxury products.
Preparation of group reporting include yearly budget, cash flow forecast and other routine reports.
Company cash flow management.
Close month end account by checking on data input by account assistant.
Quarterly GST reporting.
Approve and process cheque payments to the vendors.
Oversee a team to manage:
Purchasing, logistics and customer service.
Process AR, AP and Project related payment verification and claims.
Preparation and assisting with company audit and income tax filing.
Monitor project progressive claims, payment approval to sub-contractors. Control overall project Profit Margin against pre-set margin.
Set-up internal control procedures and conduct cost control.
Liaise with banker for company’s financial activities.
Participate in group management meeting and present to management team Finance Performance reports.
Analyse business related risks and suggest solutions.
In charge of all HR & Payroll related matters and Admin matters.
Ad-hoc report request by Head Office.
Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, preferably a member of Chartered Accountant or ACCA.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance; with Operations exposures, includes Payroll processing.
Detail oriented and strong knowledge of business process and internal control system.
Good with Cash flow management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Able to adapt to fast speed working environment.
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
Working Location: Central.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 6pm.
