Monitor closely AR and AP overdue balance, maintain debtors' list.
Handle Payroll, CPF and yearly IR8A submission.
Prepare quarterly GST Returns.
Perform day-to-day finance operations such as month-end closing and year-end closing activities.
Liaise with external parties such as Auditors, Tax Agent, Corporate Secretary and Bank Contacts.
Supervise a team of 2-3 Accounts & Admin staffs.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy.
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience, handling both Accounts & Administrative duties.
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Experience in QuickBooks software.
Prior experience handle Payroll (manual), CPF and IR8A is a must.
Independent, with positive working attitude.
Attention to details and possess good analytical skills.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Candidate who can start work immediately or within a short notice will be highly preferred.
Working Location: Aljunied.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
