The Account Manager will provide strategic recommendations to ensure partner relationship marketing program meet the business objective. He/She is responsible for coordinating all day-to-day account servicing efforts for several accounts. Reporting to Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director, the Account Manager will be the main contact between account servicing, technical and operational team leaders and represents all to provide the highest quality of work in time and budget.
Oversee the development of marketing programs with budget and schedules
Plan and develop program enhancement proposals and strategies
Plan and design promotions, manage implementation and reporting
Develop strategic ways to increase program performance and measure ROI
Manage program reports, documents and presentations
Maintain overall quality control on deliverables
Hands-on Account person with strong Project and Account management skills
Work through all executional details to ensure a timely and successful program launch.
Degree in Business/ Marketing or equivalent qualification
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with PRM
Experience in CRM, PRM, Loyalty program management and Campaign Analysis
Experience in planning, executing and managing campaigns and promotions for Consumers
Understands all aspects of marketing program management with ability to conceptualize, develop, execute and measure promotions
