Prepare and consolidate monthly Marketing reports (Regional, subsidiaries and internal reports) for all digital platforms.
Assist in monitoring A&P expenses (monthly, quarterly and annually).
Develop impactful regional campaigns, contents, retail shops and social platforms.
Collaborate in initiatives that support new product launches from zero basis.
Support retail shop renovations and coordination with subsidiaries, distributors, dealers and vendors.
Support BTL (below-the-line) management – production and logistics.
Responsible for marketing materials, product demo and samples, inventory and distribution.
Execute regional operational policies and programs.
Support in other marketing related activities - PR, Events, Web and system.
Support proofreading, translations and communications with all shareholders and 3rd party vendors.
Assist all teams on day-to-day operations.
Degree in Marketing.
Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing and hands-on Operations experience in a MNC environment.
Familiar with the different digital and social functions and operations.
Being a driver of a global leading brand, building holistic consumer engagement.
Willing to travel throughout the SEA region (frequency of 10~15%).
Good team player with initiatives and intercultural understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Experienced in Adobe Photoshop & SAP will be highly preferred.
Immediately available or able to start work within short notice.
Report to Senior Marketing Executive.
