  • Liaison between Network and Production House for production related needs throughout development, production and delivery.
  • Oversee contracting, finance, legal, insurance, safety and general procedures.
  • Vet budgets and schedules from Production Houses. Track episode delivery and air schedules for each production, ensuring follow through by all productions.
  • Create and update schedule and finance trackers in relation to development and production.
  • Work directly with Production Accounting to oversee that Cash Flow / Funding needs and deadlines are met for all productions. Work directly with internal Finance to arrange for payment on all invoices and issues.
  • Provide creative feedback during the pitch/script development process and during production.
  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications departments on show promotion.
  • Tackle the various tasks that arise in the course of production, including procurement and evaluating rates for external service providers, minimizing any negative impact to production and budget.
  • Perform other tasks related to production management, including innovating and streamlining workflows and communication.




  • At least 3 years of production management or production coordination experience, working on projects with a good track record for delivering on-time, on-budget and to the required standard.
  • Extensive background in narrative TV or film production. TV network, production house or agency experience preferred.
  • Experience in multi-lingual project management is an advantage.
  • A team player with excellent writing and communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and other departments. Fluency in any Asian language a plus.
  • Able to handle confidential information and work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines.
  • Able to take control of all aspects of vendor relations and handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Passionate for production or creative work and a proactive problem-solver. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Sound working knowledge of creative, production, post production processes and related workflows through to transmission.
