  • A well-established US Manufacturing MNC.


  • Prepare monthly/quarterly GST Reconciliation, support Sample check and Filing.
  • Perform regular checks to detect any reporting gaps and drive root cause analysis to resolution.
  • Establish and execute to a control process in detecting incorrect permit declaration.
  • Set up review procedures with Suppliers on their self-billing records and conduct quarterly checks on the documentation.
  • Regular meetings with Supply Chain teams (local/US) to understand new models of supply chain new locations, contract manufacturing supplier.
  • Be the key liaison contact with SG manufacturing suppliers to resolve any billing, GST issues (working with Corporate Supply Chain Purchasing/AP teams).

Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) Project

  • Work closely with the ACAP consultant and support:
    • Enhance existing GST treatment/reports to reflect updated approach.
    • Engage relevant personnel to understand the various ship from/to locations.
    • Review GST logics and/or report through SAP illustration (test environment) with relevant supply chain and/or finance personnel.
    • Propose GST treatment with relevant supply chain and/or finance personnel.
    • Establish reliability of the updated GST logics in a test environment through scenario runs from different ship from/to locations.


  • Billing, including input to customer’s portal and resolving issues to ensure timely billing.
  • Data collection from various process owners for financial planning purpose (twice a quarter).
  • Support on other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Accounting field, with strong knowledge in GST and Import Export process.
  • Strong in Accounting Entries/Flow is a must.
  • Experience in Financial systems improvement & Project management.
  • Conversant in Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred.
  • Good writing skills as required in clear email communication and process documentation.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; articulate in dealing with external suppliers, consultants and internal customers, able to communicate clearly (via emails and phone calls) to Corporate teams in US.
  • Possess strong analytical skill and has the eye for details.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.

  • One (1) Year Contract.
  • Working Location: Ubi.
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
