Achieve or exceed Sales and Gross Margin Budgets for relevant Sales Area(s) and being accountable for it.
Identify, qualify and sell to relevant customers and prospects, focusing on product/market applications consistent with Company guidelines. Be relentless in closing big opportunities.
Develop and maintain close contact with customers/ distributors, ensure good business relationships between both parties, and promote a positive image of the Company.
Ensure the Company has the opportunity to quote for all relevant new packaging requirements, and for existing requirements where a real possibility exists for a change in supply status, where these requirements are within Company capabilities and consistent with sales guidelines.
Maintain awareness of movements and developments within all industries (and competitors) associated with our Company’s products.
Collect, collate and disseminate information to the Manager in relation to competitor activity, market information, market trends and products development.
Follow through on full sales cycle from raising new orders to stock inventory management.
Diploma/Degree graduate in Business/ Marketing or relevant with 2 years working experience
Demonstrates the edge required to make the tough yes and no decisions.
