Job Responsibility

  • Achieve or exceed Sales and Gross Margin Budgets for relevant Sales Area(s) and being accountable for it.
  • Identify, qualify and sell to relevant customers and prospects, focusing on product/market applications consistent with Company guidelines. Be relentless in closing big opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain close contact with customers/ distributors, ensure good business relationships between both parties, and promote a positive image of the Company.
  • Ensure the Company has the opportunity to quote for all relevant new packaging requirements, and for existing requirements where a real possibility exists for a change in supply status, where these requirements are within Company capabilities and consistent with sales guidelines.
  • Maintain awareness of movements and developments within all industries (and competitors) associated with our Company’s products.
  • Collect, collate and disseminate information to the Manager in relation to competitor activity, market information, market trends and products development.
  • Follow through on full sales cycle from raising new orders to stock inventory management.


Job Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree graduate in Business/ Marketing or relevant with 2 years working experience
  • Demonstrates the edge required to make the tough yes and no decisions.
  • Possess driving license and car
