Job Placement Location
Provide overall secretarial and administrative support to Chief Representative and Manager. Eg: Screen calls, file & document, create & update meeting calendars.
Attend to visitors
Coordinate meetings &/or events internally and externally and arrange working lunches.
Manage expense claims for all staff
Schools, housing and car issues for expatries
HR & OFFICE MANAGEMENT:
Responsible for overall office maintenance, PCs and supplies.
Attend enquiries, arrange couriers and collection of mails.
Assist in getting quotes for IT (hardware & software) and electrical purchases and buying of pantry grocery items.
Staff payroll, leave application, CPF contributions, and work pass applications/renewals.
Assist new hire on-boarding requirements (e.g. getting IT to set up the workstation, security logistics and orientation procedure).
Office & housing lease negotiation and renewals
Fire evacuation exercise drills
Minimum Tertiary and higher with related experience
Experience of handling office administration and support senior management Basic knowledge of accounting prefer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact and establish effective relationships at all levels in the organization
Can work independently, as well as part of a team
