Manage internal and external immigration service delivery chain. Monitors internal and external team performance and proactively alerts team and management about deviations from plan.
Drive corporate immigration services delivery excellence and expansion within the firm
Update on latest APAC immigration changes to internal and external clients.
Maintain and update APAC corporate immigration work flows, processes and updated restrictions, etc.
Provide training to various immigration departments and office when necessary.
Provide day to day and ongoing oversight to programs, including service delivery, quality control, new initiatives, and ensuring appropriate outcomes (qualitative and quantitative) through legal, technical and administrative support.
Stay apprised of immigration law and best practices; ensure immigration staff receive frequent, appropriate training to stay up to date on immigration law and practice.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate, complete and confidential case files on all immigration services;
Bachelor Degree Holder
At least 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Immigration industry, specifically dealing with corporate relocation clients.
Experience working with senior leadership and the ability to operate and influence in matrix and flexible environment
