Manage internal and external immigration service delivery chain.
Drive corporate immigration services delivery excellence and expansion within the firm.
Update on latest APAC immigration changes to internal and external clients.
Maintain and update APAC corporate immigration work flows, processes and updated restrictions, etc.
Provide training to various immigration departments and office when necessary.
Provide day to day and ongoing oversight to programs, including service delivery, quality control, new initiatives, and ensuring appropriate outcomes (qualitative and quantitative) through legal, technical and administrative support.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate, complete and confidential case files on all immigration services.
Work with immigration staff to review and revise as needed the immigration service fee as a key component to sustainability company’s immigration program.
Manage outside immigration counsel to ensure adherence to compliance, service level standards and communication protocol.
Conduct training and hold meetings for and with internal stakeholders and partner groups (i.e. employees, recruiters, HR, business managers) to provide status updates, information and advice on immigration requirements and related matters.
Analyse complex immigration matters and effectively communicate solutions to internal clients in collaboration with external immigration counsel.
Participate in cross-group collaboration with other teams involved in the mobility process.
Executes project logistics (e.g. meetings, action tracking, status updates, etc.).
Planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action defining the programme's governance arrangements.
Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme.
Managing risks to the programme's successful outcome.
Working with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business as usual position.
Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals to the SRO or Programme Director if this role is also defined.
Undertaking due diligence of program’s integrity and viability.
Minimum Bachelor Degree.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Corporate Immigration industry, specifically dealing with corporate relocation clients.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; bilingual as to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers across APAC.
Experience in APAC Corporate Immigration exposure especially China and India market.
Experience working with senior leadership and the ability to operate and influence in matrix and flexible environment.
Working Location: Central/CBD.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm and (Alternate) Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.
