Provide support in delivery of Human Resource services, includes Training and Development; Review training procedure; Work Pass applications; Providing general Admin support; Maintaining employees’ personal records, files and databases.
Assist in processing of Work Pass application, renewal and termination matters.
Processing training application and coordinate in whole company training administrations.
Annual review of department training needs identification to develop training plan of the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff training records.
Administer all training grants application and claims (Training Grant, Absentee Payroll, etc.).
Attend to yearly ISO training-related audits.
Generate monthly training reporting.
Liaise with external providers and agencies with regards to invoices, payments, grants and subsidies.
Manage and order office stationary; pantry supplies, service report, copier papers and business cards.
Undertake ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource.
At least 3 years' relevant experience in HR Generalist.
Experience in ISO 9001/2015 Training Process is required.
Meticulous, good interpersonal skill and resourceful.
Working knowledge of the SkillsConect fund/Grants application and Work Pass application is a must.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with good presentation skills.
Familiar with HRIS.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
Working Location: Changi North.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
