The incumbent will be a part of the HR Operations and Shared Services team to provide general Human Resource Administrative functions and serves as liaison and contact point for human resource issues.
Employees' record and HRIS administration; create, maintain and update employees' record in P-files and HR system.
Issuance and distribution of employees' access card, insurance card, name badge and T-shirts for new joiners.
Assist in Work Pass application/renewal/cancellation for Foreign employees.
Prepare employment related documentation.
Monthly update of new hires and resignee list to insurer.
Generation of reports.
Employee Engagement, includes logistics arrangement and attendance registration.
Recruitment support, such as scheduling Interview and coordinate Interview arrangement, conduct Reference Checks on shortlisted candidates.
Support course registration for staffs' training and venue/logistics setup.
Verificartion of invoices.
Update training records into HR system.
Grants applications and training bonds administration.
Overseas travel insurance and expenses.
Assist and support in orientation programme.
Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR & Administrative support.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Meticulous and ability to multi-task, work under tight timeline with minimum supervision.
Possess good communications and interpersonal skills, to interact will all level of staffs.
Working Location: Toa Payoh.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm and Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm.
