Lead and coordinate sales forecasting, budgeting, planning, and process optimization. Monitors and endeavors to maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and process consistency in the sales initiatives
Determine an annual sales plan for the APAC region by implementing the appropriate marketing strategy and analyzing current trends
Establish annual sales objectives that are reviewed and adjusted on a quarterly basis to achieve the desired outcomes for the regional P&L.
Be responsible for new business development in the APAC region and lead the entire sales process, including client proposal preparation, contract formulation, scope of work etc.
Work closely along with the Account Manager, Implementation Manager and the operational team to ensure the smooth delivery and launch of client programs.
Develop and maintain close and positive relationship with clients across the APAC region independently
Maintain close, trusting relationships with the team and facilitate open communication between the global offices.
At least a Bachelor Degree
At least 8 to 12 years of related sales experience, with 2 to 5 years of experience within the Technology, Hospitality and/ or Travel Services industry
Demonstrated ability to deliver B2B sales pitches tailored to the audience for “Solution as a Product”
Possess a proven past sales track record, be aggressive with sales targets and have excellent client relationship management skills.
Be extremely well informed about the APAC market and current trends within the countries under your charge.
