  • A well-established Firm, providing Business Services.
  • Act as an intermediary for clients wishing to live and work in another country. 
  • To ensure documentation of the respective visa categories are well compiled. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal with compilation of Visa applications.
  • Responsible for immigration matters which include lodging Permanent Residence Visa and Citizenship applications.
  • Liaise with Immigration Department of various countries' destinations, e.g. Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.
  • Attend to clients’ queries and completion of formalities when applications were processing and being approved subsequently.
  • Research for information regarding immigration matters.
  • Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents.
  • Create and update data library, and other general administrative work.
  • Diploma or Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service and Customer Support or Relationship Manager, preferably from Banking or Customer Service industry.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Strong attention to details, meticulous.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willing to work on Alternate Saturdays.

Other Information:​

  • Two (2) positions available.
  • Working Location: Central/CBD.
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm and (Alternate) Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.
