Act as an intermediary for clients wishing to live and work in another country.
To ensure documentation of the respective visa categories are well compiled.
Deal with compilation of Visa applications.
Responsible for immigration matters which include lodging Permanent Residence Visa and Citizenship applications.
Liaise with Immigration Department of various countries' destinations, e.g. Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, etc.
Attend to clients’ queries and completion of formalities when applications were processing and being approved subsequently.
Research for information regarding immigration matters.
Meet up and liaise with clients to collect documents.
Create and update data library, and other general administrative work.
Diploma or Degree.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service and Customer Support or Relationship Manager, preferably from Banking or Customer Service industry.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to details, meticulous.
Able to work independently.
Willing to work on Alternate Saturdays.
Two (2) positions available.
Working Location: Central/CBD.
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm and (Alternate) Saturdays, 9am to 1pm.
